Overview:

AIMS is flexible and easy to implement software for schools and academic institutes.  AIMS comprises Admission, Student, Teacher, Time Table, Library, MIS Reports, Accounts, Inventory, Session/Term, Standard/Year, Subject, Attendance, Examination, Payroll and Web modules.

Accounts, Inventory, Payroll and Web modules are optional and AIMS can operate independent of these modules.

AIMS is a scalable software solution that scales from a desktop to a large Windows 2000 Server based network with MS SQL 2000 Server RDBMS.

AIMS  allows easy administration of important functions such as admission, fee collections, Timetable, Library and maintains information about students, teachers and non-teaching staff of your Institute.

The Student Information tracks student activity records, class schedule, test results and attendance records.

The Teacher Information tracks personal information, academic background, teaching schedule, certification and credentials, continued education, and employment information.

There is a unique web integration with AIMS. The optional Web module allows the institute to provide important information about its activities, provide useful downloadable information such as past papers, and provides secure web access to parents to view attendance, results and other activities of their wards.

The software comes with necessary reports to manage and control institute functions.  In addition, you may opt for comprehensive Accounting and Inventory modules to integrate with above mentioned institute functions.
