Production:

The Production module of Easy Life Total Business Solution provides small and medium sized manufacturing organizations to computerize their production related systems and if desired, integrate with the Financial Accounting and Inventory modules.

The features of production module are generally useful to segments such as manufacturers of pumps, motors, engines, textile and such machinery and equipment. Production module covers the following:

• Defining Production Stages
• Defining Bill of Materials (BOM): BOM can be defined for each stage of production. For ease and efficiency of entry, you may copy an existing BOM and create new BOM quickly by making just the necessary changes. Print Bill of Materials as a report.
• Work Orders: Create Work Orders (Job Orders) by referencing one or multiple sales orders. Check material availability and produce material shortage report. This helps in purchase and production planning.
• Define Production Batch and track material by batch and serial numbers as required; for goods with a definite useful life, define date of expiry .
• Prepare Stores Requisition based on Work Orders
• Issue Material against Stores Requisition
• Enter Daily Production, update finished goods inventory based on material received from production to finished goods stores
• Material Return entry for excess material returned from production to stores
• Produce useful reports such as Standard versus Actual Production and Daily Production Log
